It features CICA REEDLE™ to create micro-channels in the delicate eye skin, allowing a heavy hit of Niacinamide, Vitamin C, and Glutathione to penetrate deeper and work faster on dark circles. A standout feature is the integrated micro-vibration metal applicator, which vibrates at 12,000 rpm upon contact with the skin. How To Apply	Squeeze the tube to dispense a small amount onto the cooling tip. Place the tip against the skin around the eyes (or nasolabial folds/smile lines); the vibration will start automatically (or upon touch, depending on the model). Massage in gentle, rolling motions from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. Use it at the eye cream step of your routine (after serums, before face moisturizer).
