The star of the formula is 100% Korean-grown Fermented Black Rice, which is packed with anthocyanins—powerful antioxidants that protect the skin against free radical damage and pollution. Using the brand’s patented U.D.T (Ultra Deep Technology), the active ingredients are encapsulated in liposomes made from Red Ginseng to ensure they penetrate deeper into the skin layers. The texture is a “slippery” water that feels like a cross between a toner and an essence, providing immediate comfort and a “plumping” effect.

How To Apply	After cleansing, pour a small amount into your palms or onto a cotton pad and pat gently onto the face and neck. For severely dehydrated skin, it is highly recommended for the "7-skin method" (layering the toner multiple times) or as a "toner pack" by soaking cotton pads and leaving them on the skin for 5 minutes.
