Description

This toner is celebrated for its deep hydration and anti-aging properties. It uses Fermented Black Rice, which is rich in polyphenols and flavonoids, providing significantly higher antioxidant activity than white rice. Haruharu utilizes a patented U.D.T. (Ultra Deep Technology), which encapsulates the active ingredients in a sphere-shaped liposome to ensure they penetrate deeper into the skin’s layers. The addition of Hyaluronic Acid and Beta-Glucan provides long-lasting moisture, while Bamboo Shoot Bark Extract helps to soothe and even out the skin tone. The texture is a watery liquid with a slight “slip” that leaves the skin feeling immediately refreshed and plumped.

How To Apply	After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount into your palms or onto a cotton pad. Gently pat or wipe over the face and neck. For intense dehydration, apply multiple layers using the "patting" method. It can also be used as a "skin pack" by soaking cotton pads and leaving them on dry areas for 5 minutes.
